Nogales Psychological Counseling offers clinical evaluations needed for various types of immigration cases. The most common of which include: hardship waivers, U & T Visas, VAWA for victims of domestic violence and political asylum. For those cases in which the individual is a victim of crime, not only are we able to offer clinical evaluations, but also low cost therapy.
A licensed clinical psychologist conducts evaluations and produces narrative reports. We understand the pivotal role these reports provide in immigration cases, thus, rest assured that we provide high quality and timely service to our clients.
We understand the challenges immigrants face today. Our staff has been working for over 30 years to secure justice and fair treatment for those seeking a better life in the United States. Many of our staff members are immigrants themselves or have family members who have immigrated. We understand the hardships our clients face in trying to create a new life in the United States, and the hardships they may be confronted with if forced to return to their country of origin, and the impact on their loved ones, specifically children, that are left in the US without their parent(s).
