Immigration Psychological Evaluations in California

ABOUT US

Nogales Psychological Counseling offers clinical evaluations needed for various types of immigration cases. The most common of which include: Hardship Waivers, U & T Visas, VAWA for victims of domestic violence and Political Asylum. For those cases in which the individual is a victim of crime, not only are we able to offer clinical evaluations, but also low cost therapy, and free of cost for those that qualify for the Victims Assistance Program.

A California licensed clinical psychologist conducts the evaluations and prepares the narrative report. We understand the importance of these reports for the whole family, therefore, we can provide the highest professional quality and are committed to submit reports on time.

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we can assist you via telehealth, that is, using your smartphone or your computer without having to leave your home.

OUR EXPERIENCE

We understand the challenges immigrants face today. Our staff has been working for over 30 years to secure justice and fair treatment for those seeking a better life in the United States. Many of our staff members are immigrants themselves or have family members who have immigrated. We understand the hardships our clients face in trying to create a new life in the United States, and the hardships they may be confronted with if forced to return to their country of origin, and the impact on their loved ones, specifically  children, that are left in the US without their parent(s).

COMPETITIVE PRICING

Our evaluations are not only of quality but are also competitively priced.
